Everything you need to know before getting started with Marine.Xos.
Marine.Xos was designed by a marine engineer who lived the problems before building the solution.
Marine engineer identifies critical gap: no single IMO-aligned platform covers PMS, ops, crew and compliance for small-to-mid fleets.
Smart-Ship Object Code developed — 11 domains, 493 subsystems. A universal equipment language designed to outlast any single software platform.
React + Django + PostgreSQL stack chosen. Control Center, PMS, Crew and Operations modules developed and validated against live IMO regulations.
176 data models mapped to IMO, ISM Code, MLC 2006, MARPOL, STCW and EU ETS frameworks. MARPOL digital logbooks with officer signatures added.
A*-algorithm voyage planner across 3,881 ports (NGA Pub.150 + UN/LOCODE) with TCE calculator and EU ETS voyage economics.
Marine.Xos launches with complete coverage: HSEQ, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Reports, Email and Communications. Ready for global fleet deployment.
Maritime regulations require specific digital records. Check what Marine.Xos covers out of the box.
Marine.Xos was born out of direct frustration — years spent at sea managing maintenance on paper job cards, tracking crew compliance in spreadsheets, and filing MARPOL logbooks by hand while waiting for port inspections.
Every feature in Marine.Xos maps to a real regulatory requirement or a real operational pain point. We did not build a generic ERP and apply "maritime labels." We built a system where the MARPOL ORB knows what Annex I requires, where the SSOC code knows what an engineer means by "main engine cylinder unit," and where the CII calculator knows what IMO DCS needs.
The mission is simple: give every vessel — regardless of size or flag — the same digital operations capability that only the largest shipping companies could previously afford.
Every feature maps to an IMO, ISM, MLC or MARPOL regulation
SSOC codes are permanent — they survive system migrations and vessel sales
Full vessel operation with delta sync — SATCOM-aware, bandwidth-minimal
Every field validated against actual PSC checklist and MARPOL text
Designed, architected, and built by a practicing marine engineer with hands-on experience in vessel maintenance, MARPOL compliance, ISM audits and crew management across multiple vessel types.
